Basic Employment Terms Minimum of a one year contract but two years is the usual term. Round trip travel from your point of hire, at the beginning and end of each year. Furnished housing, uniforms, transportation and medical coverage PLUS salary. Minimum of 30 days vacation and about seven holidays each year. Minimum two week pay bonus for each completed contract year. Salary can be tax exempt in the US and Canada. PS&S, Inc. has been recruiting medical staff for Saudi Arabian hospitals since March of 1991 and we have successfully placed hundreds of staff in various medical professions. Saudi Arabia has an extensive, modern, national, health care delivery system providing both primary and acute care. Most physicians are western educated and board certified. The provision of care is similar to that of the U.S. or Canada, using state of the art technologies including MRI and more recently laser surgery. Due to the high incidence of road traffic accidents, rehabilitation facilities are very busy places. In addition to acute care locations we also have longer term care facilities. However, much of the Kingdom does not have the intermediate units and the extensive home care system that is prevalent in North America. The medical language is English. Job openings change daily.
