Basic Employment Terms
- Minimum of a one year contract but two years is the usual term.
- Round trip travel from your point of hire, at the beginning and end of each year.
- Furnished housing, transportation and medical coverage PLUS salary.
- Minimum of 30 days vacation and about seven holidays each year.
- Minimum two week pay bonus for each completed contract year.
- Salary can be tax exempt in the US and Canada.
- Because of the shortage of housing, most
positions are unaccompanied status, (you can NOT take your family)
except for physician & upper administrative positions. It depends on
the employer's policies and your job level.

Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) (formerly Registered Record Administrator (RRA)
This credential requires a bachelor's degree and successful performance on the RHIA certification exam. Skilled in the collection, interpretation, and analysis of patient data with training and experience necessary to assume managerial positions related to these functions; Interact with all levels of an organization--clinical, financial, administrative. This is a professional position salary commensurate with experience and training. College degree and AHIMA certification required. Salary to $50,000 USA plus all the other benefits.
Medical Transcriptionist Many openings for Transcribers of medical dictation. High school required. Must have an extensive knowledge of medical terminology. (Certificate from Medical Terminology Course) Must have typing speed of 65 words per minute through a medical terminology typing test. Three years of medical transcription experience required. Single Status.
Medical Records Technicians & Administrators - Various and ongoing openings for Medical Records Professionals. Must have 3 years prior experience, college degree and certification from National Association. Salaries vary with position and experience.
